Prior to joining Grosvenor, all of its consultants gained many years’ experience working for suppliers of services. Having joined Grosvenor, they have worked extensively on the demand-side for consumers of products and services and assisted their clients to engage and manage suppliers.  With their multi-skilled capabilities they have been able to help their clients’ business, technical, IT, procurement, finance, HR, legal and other specialists as well as their management teams and executives.

Grosvenor is wholly owned by its partners and only works for the buyers of services, never suppliers. It is therefore completely impartial in its advice to clients across the private, public and charity sectors.

At Grosvenor, we only employ highly experienced consultants and those who win the work do the work.  For more information on our approach to Value Management and to Outsourcing & Cloud and how Grosvenor works with its clients, simply download the applicable papers on this page.
